Colin has in excess of 36 years experience in Telecoms both in the UK and the international marketplace - 13 years as Bid Management Manager in BT Global services, securing in excess of 600m of business across the globe and then then, finally, circa 11 years in Openreach in community/confounding infrastructure since it’s conception to December 2021
Designing and securing private funding and a gap funded model to enable deployment of Superfast broadband infrastructure to these communities / Villages which are beyond the commercial deployment or intervention areas .and secured first 30000 premises and 130 + contract (from a standing start) which enabled Board level to formalise that initiative now known publicly as the Fibre Community Partnership

Colin is an innovative, thorough, highly motivated and resilient professional with a recognized successful track record of delivering infrastructure solutions globally and within the UK. The vast majority of these have been in the ‘too hard to do’ box. (this being his specialist area of expertise).
